Whenever something happens and you find yourself saying something negative to yourself, simply fill in the sheet and it will aid you in thinking of new things you can say next time.
Remember: It takes time and practice, this exercise is to help build awareness – the more you actively ‘catch’ yourself saying something negative towards yourself in the moment, the more you can change it. Even realising after you have said it is helpful – you can reframe what you said and be kinder to your wonderful self!
